1. No nanos

2. Can not bring DE's off of line of scrimmage pre-snap

----You can drop your DE off of line of scrimmage after snap or unless you call
a. Dime/3-3-3: Prowl Bear Blitz/Prowl 3/Prowl 2
b. 1-5-5 defense

3. No running in circles on defense

4. No Manually filling blitz gaps

----You can fill the gaps if you show blitz, but manually switching from player to player and filling gaps is not allowed.

5. No stacking lineman on top of one another

----You can stack lineman on top of one another if you show blitz, but manually switching from player to player and stacking is not allowed.
